Employment
D2 Planning successfully promoted a 9 hectare high quality business park in Christchurch
for Terrace Hill Limited. The site was originally identified for employment purposes
and we were retained to prepare and submit a detailed planning application for the
erection of 10,000 sqm of Class B1, B2 and B8 development. Planning permission was
subsequently granted and the development is underway with many prelets. We have
been retained to act on Phase 2.
